I'M GOING TO TOKYO DISNEYLAND!

OK OK so maybe not until 2018 but still I can get excited yes? It has been a dream for ages to visit Tokyo and to visit Tokyo Disneyland and finally this dream is coming true.

(Image is not mine)

We are actually off to Tokyo for my partners 30th Birthday and its somewhere me and him have wanted to visit for a longtime but have never got around to getting the ball moving. There was only one condition with this trip and that It was I could visit Disney for two days so I could experience each park.

Obviously I would like to go for longer but as it is his trip for his 30th I am just happy enough to visit for 2 days and I am so excited. The reason I wouldn't have gone if we couldn't do Disney is because this is likely to be the only time I will visit Tokyo with so many places in the world I want to visit and not having a massive income its going to take us a while as it is to save for this trip and with being a massive Disney lover there was just no way it wasn't happening so I'm glad he said YES!

For now we have just been doing some research to see what the costs are likely to be to stay over there and its looking at £1,300 for hotel and flights and at lease the same for spending money but I have a very good friend who is going to see if she can help us get a cheaper deal as she has managed to do it for much less that what I was looking at.

As things start getting booked I will be sure to keep you posted on our planning but for now its time to get saving for this amazing adventure!

If You Had To Choose Your Favourite Ride At Disneyland Paris What Would It Be?

Well go on then what would it be? This is one question I get asked a lot and to be honest it is a hard one to answer as I found out on my recent trip as my family didn't understand why I choose the ride I did but then again they didn't experience it.

There are so many great rides at Disney and it is hard to choose a favourite but I am going with ... TOWER OF TERROR! My reasoning behind Tower of Terror is because I love horror and creepy stories from the past and this ride tickets all the boxes and what makes it even better is that it is in French.

Yes the rooms before you enter the ride are English or French but once in that elevator its all in French and it just gives it that extra creepy feeling as you have no clue what is being said and what is going on.

The lead up to the ride is also brilliant queuing up outside listening to all the screams from the ride goers before entering the Hotel lobby where the decor is on point its all old, dusty and worn before making your way in to the library to watch a short video about the story of the hotel. After this you make your way to the service elevator out back and even here the decor is brilliant and adds to the whole feel of the ride.

I think one of my favourite bits about the ride is when you reach the very top and the doors open and you can see the whole of the Studios and Disney Park before your decent down to the basement. I love rides like this ones where even if you ride it so many times you can't quite remember where the drops are about to happen.

If I was to get a job at Disneyland Paris I think I would love to work on this ride because I think the staff uniform is brilliant.

Other rides I do love are Ratatouille, RC Racer, Crush Coaster, Space Mountain and Rockin Roller coaster. So if you had to choose one ride what would it be?

Disney: Revival Era

Oh I do love these era tags and its time for another one! This is the Revival Era which comes after the ups and the downs of the Post Renaissance era and there are a lot of great movies that I love here.

So the movies in this Era are Princess and the frog, Tangled, Winnie the Pooh, Wreck It Ralph, Frozen, Big Hero 6 and Zootopia!

1. Any unseen films?
Nope I have seen all of these movies

2. What is your favourite film of the era?
Now this is a super tough question because before Zootopia popped up in this Era it would have been a tie between Tangled as she is my 2nd favourite Princess and Big Hero 6 but it has to be Zootopia its a great story with great meaning and life lessons!

3. What is your least favourite film of the era?
I do love all these movies in this era but at the moment the Frozen Hype is starting to get on my nerves it just seems to be going on and on and then Frozen 2 is going to come out and it will continue on for another so many years!

4. Who is your favourite main character?
Baymax! He's like a giant warm squishy marshmallow! "Hairy Baby"

5. Who is your favourite villain?
Mother Gothel! I just love the song she sings and shes a great Villain!

6. Who is your favourite sidekick?
Nick! "Its called a hustle sweetheart"

7. What is your favourite song?
Can you guess? ;) "Mother Knows Best" haha!

8. What do you consider to be the most underrated film of the era?
It has to be Wreck It Ralph, its just such an amazing movie and it just doesn't get as much recognition as it should do.

9. What is your favourite thing about this era?
That basically some of my favourite movies are in this era, There is a variety of movies that have been released with some great new Princess ones all with catchy songs and great stories!

10. What did you least enjoy about this era?
Nothing so far in this era, probably one of my favourites.
