Review: August Tokyo Treat Box

Hey guys and welcome back to another Tokyo Treat review box and this months box is going to be August's. Now after messing about and skipping a month to get another Yume Twins box I decided that moving forward I am going to stick with the snack box only.

It's not that Yume Twins isn't a great box but it just wasn't for me and I wish I had made that choice before I missed out on the July box as from what I have seen it was an amazing box.

So at the moment they have a special $5 off voucher to be used on any of they're subscription boxes and it is for life and available to anyone who is currently subscribed as well all you have to do is drop them an email. Its great because it now means the premium box is going to cost me £23 rather than £27/£28 with the exchange rate at the moment.

This also introduces the theme for the September box and with Pokemon being so popular at the moment with the release of Pokemon Go they have decided to a Pokemon theme cross with Danny Choo the creator of Mirai Suenaga to produce original exclusive snacks which shall be interesting.

Now moving on to this months box with it being summer they have chose to do a Tropical Fruits theme and the premium drink being Watermelon and Salt Fanta which I have been very excited to try.

Items Received:
This time instead of writing in"Italic" what the products are as mentioned in the little book provided I will just give my own comments along with pictures and a rating out of 5 so here goes ...

Torotto Chocolate Mango Flavour (5/5)
Now these were AMAZING! Like little baked brownie bits with a mango flavouring the smell was so over powering when you opened the packet. You get 9 little small cubes which just weren't enough there needed to be more! The texture is a little odd but yummy all the same.

Mugipon Milk Coffee Chocolate Flavour (3/5)
Now this snack apparently you can eat as a cereal as well but i opted to just eat it as a normal snack. It reminds me a lot of Sugar Puffs here in the UK the way they look when you open the packet but I can see they are trying to make it look like coffee beans. I wouldn't really say these tasted of coffee or chocolate or coffee.

Watermelon Flavour Gummy (5/5)
I love these they're just cute simple watermelon shaped gummies. Now when you open the packet the smell is very over powering but they just have a subtle melon taste plus they just look so cute and so does the packet with the little polar bear in a watermelon hat!

Potato Chips Summer Version Wasabi Flavour (10/5)
Yes haha I have rated these way over the 5 mark because there is just something about Japanese chips and they're all just amazing but these were spectacularly amazing the Wasabi wasn't too over powering but was enough of a kick.

Pretz Honey Roast Flavour (5/5)
I have never tried any of the Pretz range before so this was my first time essentially they are just Pocky but with no chocolate. They tasted really yummy and I kept thinking they were a roasted honey ham flavour rather than just homey itself.

Dodotto Tsubupyon Grape Flavour DIY Kit (0/5)
Now I have given this a 0 because by now you should know I don't like DIY Kits its not because they're not cool they just never ever work for me hah!

Seven Stick Milk Chocolate (5/5)
Little thin wafer sticks filled with a yummy creamy white chocolate they reminded me of the taste of ice cream but also those Milky Way Cripsy Rolls you can get over here. These didn't last long thats for sure!

Pachi Pachi Panic Poppin Candy Grape Flavour (5/5)
We had some popping candy in another box a few months back and it was plum flavour which was awful but these one was grape with these weird added extra bits in which made it taste amazing. Says what is does in the name ;)

Jibanyan Chocolate Monaka (4/5)
A giant wafer filled with chocolate, I have been waiting to try one after missing a few that came with previous boxes. Shaped like Jibanyan from Yo-Kai Watch.

Watermelon Flavour Chewing Gum (1/5)
Not to fussed on chewing gum if I am honest and this didn't really taste too much like watermelon really it had quite a horrible after taste.

Chocobi Watermelon Flavour (3/5)
Simple pink star shaped watermelon flavoured biscuits really, they weren't over powering and had a very sweet wouldn't say they tasted too much like watermelon really. The packaging is cute and it came with two little stickers inside.

Pokemon Plate Key Chain (3/5)
With the popular release of Pokemon Go they decided to include as a specail item a Pokemon key chain only issue is I don't know any of the new pokemon so this was a bit wasted on me. I'm a first gen girl at heart!

Watermelon Salt Fanta (+5/5)
Another special item this month and a limited edition drink that is only available this summer in Japan and its watermelon and salt which sounds really odd but it works it helps make the drink not so overpowering and more refreshing. It has a cute pale pink colour and tastes quite sweet but not to much of watermelon.

Hoppechan Gummy Cherryblossom Flavour (5/5)
Cherryblossom gummies? Win win here any day for me I love gummy sweets and especially this flavour. The packaging is really cute like a little handbag which you open from the back so it still looks like a handbag still once open. Even though the packet it is very small you get loads inside as the gummies are really small.

Rice Cracker with Plum Hame (0/5)
So I have seen these in previous boxes and maybe if it was another flavour it would have taste nice but the plum jam was AWFUL! So bitter alone and on the crackers so I decided I would just eat the crackers alone instead haha.

Rusk Snacks (5/5)
YUM YUM YUM! These smelt amazing as soon as you opened the packet just milky and creamy. They are little biscuits with a sugary coating that just melt in your mouth and taste like milk which is a big give away from the cute milk bottle on the front.

Overall this months box was GREAT with loads of 5 out of 5 snacks that I really want to get my hands on again especially the Rusk Snacks and Wasabi Chips. By the looks of what I am reading next months box for September looks incredible!

You can read my other Tokyo Treat box reviews for MarchApril and June here:)

Thanks for reading. I purchased with my own money and I was NOT paid to review this by Tokyo Treats.

Last Week On Instagram

Wow and here we are second week in to August already? I cannot believe how quick this year is flying by!

1. Cheeky Selfie - I love a cheeky selfie every now and then and my hair was on point that day so I just had to ;) was off to meet my girl for some cheeky cocktails and food.

2. Jack Daniels Kiss -
This had to be one of the best cocktails I've ever had! Not only did it have popcorn and caramel on top but it had ice cream, baileys and Jack Daniels honey in it. This was actually from TGIFridays. They actually do really lovely cocktails and I didn't realise you could just go to they're bar to get them.

3. The Musketeers -
I am absolutely gutted that after only 3 seasons they have decided to end the show and they didn't half end it with a bang but also in a way that they could come back to revisit it if they liked. I just don't know what I'm going to do not seeing Tom Burke on my screen every week!!!!

4. I Love Him - I hate smiling in photos its just not natural of me but I can't help it when I am with my partner he brings so much happiness in to my life and makes me extremely happy. We're quite lucky to have a nature reserve on our door step so when the weather is as nice as it was on Saturday taking a stroll through the forest is something we quite like to do.

5. Disney Tsum Tsum - All the way from Disneyland Paris with love from two of my Instagram friends aren't they beautiful?

6. American Treats - This is why I shouldn't be allowed in an American sweet shop or sweet shop of any kind! I just end up spending ridiculous amounts of money on food that lasts say 2 hours hahah! I think my favourites have to be the Air Heads and Milky Way Caramels <3

July Favourites

I haven't done one of these posts in agesss and never really got in the habit of doing them every month but as I happen to have done a lot of shopping this month and a lot of them are my favourites I thought why not and with the first week of August nearly over I thought I better press on before its too late!!

Harry Potter and The Cursed Child
Ever since the screen play was announced I have been eager to see it in London but with money being tight for the rest of the year I was over joyed when JK announced she would be releasing the script as a book I couldn’t wait.

I managed to get my copy on the release date with pre ordering through via Amazon Prime but as I have been so busy I have only read the first act and impressions so far good. It’s great to get to read about my favourite witches and wizards one last time.

Aristocats Phone Case
How beautiful is that phone case? Just a perfect mix of everything I love and adore.

Loungefly Alice In Wonderland Bag and Purse
With both of my Disney trips happening this year and next year I decided that it was time to invest in a Disney backpack. They just seem so much more easier to carry around and they don’t get in the way when your taking photos. After a seller on Amazon started selling these I was finally able to get my hands on the items I have been eyeing up for the last few months.

Baymax Instax Album/ Alice In Wonderland Instax Film
I just had to get these cute Instax items for my trip next month. One being from Ebay only costing £3 which is a bargain and the 2nd from Etsy.

Totoro Plush/ Sailor Moon Cup
Both items spotted on my trip to Hyper Japan and were immediate must haves especially the Totoro plush as the style was super cute and the material and posture matched my existing one.

Pocahontas Socks
Anyone who knows me knows that its Pocahontas for the win and the fact that Primark does Pocahontas socks????? Like what??? I just had to have them maybe this is more of what’s to come? PJS? Tops that would be amazing!

Pocahontas Glass
I’m just a sucker for mugs and glasses and when I saw this vintage glass especially relating to my favourite song “Mine” from the movie and it was in the sale as well it was a no brainer.

Disney Plaques
I have been searching for some Disney plaques for a while now and not finding any at a reasonable price or quality I had given up until I came across Pink Dinosaur Crafts on Instagram who upcycle old Disney books in to notebooks and plaques. They now look perfect hanging above my desk in my office to finish off the empty space I had on my wall.

Disney Jumper
Another item purchased for my trip next month. As we will be travelling via coach over night to get there and back it makes sense that I need something to keep myself warm and what better item to have! Only £10 currently at Primark as well it was a bargain.

Monsters Inc Tsum Tsum
Need I say no more? I had to have these in my collection and as the last few collections released haven't been super great quality and the hassle people have been having trying to get hold of them I was really pleased when they came.

Wish List: Disney Books

I love reading and I especially love reading books that relate to Disney whether they are Artwork books, books on the history of rides and parks or even Walt himself. I don't currently own many which is a shame but money is tight at the moment but I thought I would share a few of the books that I would really like.

1. The Art Of Pocahontas - Amazon - £30 - £90
This book is such a rare gem and very difficult to get hold of especially new, I'm quite funny about buying used books especially if they don't provide proper copies of the book.

This book was first released in 1995 and hasn't been reproduced since and I was actually lucky enough to find a new copy for £32 rather than the usual £50 - £90 price tag, This will be a birthday present from my mum and I am so excited for it to come.

2. Maps of Disney Parks: Charting 60 years from California to Shanghai - Amazon - £22.68
Now this book isn't out until the end of October and I have already placed my pre order for a copy because this is something that fascinates me because its the history of the parks over the last 60 years and with the recent park in Shanghai now open it will be great to see how the parks and maps have changed over the years for the eras.

So the next few books on my list happen to be artwork books from some of my favourite movies. I love looking through Artwork books because it gives you an incite in to how the movie was produced and the concept art that then may become a reality or never made it to the final cut. Like for example Meeko was originally meant to be a turkey.

3. Tangled Artwork Book - Amazon - £19.96
4. Zootropolis Artwork Book - Amazon - £17.00
5. Inside Out ArtBook - Amazon - £19.99
6. Big Hero 6 ArtBook - Amazon - £19.98
7. Art of Ratatouille (Pixar Animation) - Amazon - £19.99

8. They Drew As They Pleased: The Hidden Art of Disney's Golden Age - Amazon - £19.99
This book was only released back in September last year and it appeared to have slipped off my radar. I don't know much about this book but from the reviews I have seen I can see that is about the golden age of Disney and all the Disney artists who worked on a few select movies.

9. Everything I Need to Know I Learned from a Disney Little Golden Book - Amazon - £7.55
This book has been on my list for ages! And its full of loads of drawings from the Disney Animated movies along with positive quotes so essentially like a self help book or something to pick you up when your're feeling down.

10. Art of the Disney Golden Books - Amazon - £25
I have been meaning to buy this book for a while now and I know a few people who own this already and the inside of the book is just beautiful full of tones of photos, artwork and writing about the History of Disney.

So I think the next book I may have to buy is number 10 as the more I see of it the more I want it closely followed by the Tangled and Zootropolis artwork books.

Disney: The Post Renaissance Era

I do love a good Disney tag especially when its another Disney Era one by Amy over at Scariels Grotto. This time it is the post renaissance era, this comes with similar disappointment which was found with the movies in the bronze/dark era.

The movies in this era are Fantasia 2000, Dinosaur, Emperors New Groove, Atlantis: The Lost Empire, Lilo and Stitch, Treasure Planet, Brother Bear, Home on the Range, Chicken Little, Meet the Robinson's and Bolt.

1. Any unseen films?
Nope I've seen them all!

2. What is your favourite film of the era?
It has to be Bolt closely followed by Emperor's New Groove

3. What is your least favourite film of the era?
Meet the Robinson's I only watched this for the first time last year and I know why I didn't rush to see it as it was just really random and weird.

4. Who is your favourite main character?
Bolt
5. Who is your favourite villain?
It has to be Yzma haha shes just stupidly brilliant

6. Who is your favourite sidekick?
Kronk!!!

7. What is your favourite song?
The Brother Bear Sound Track

8. What do you consider to be the most underrated film of the era?
Tbh I'm not really sure :/

9. What is your favourite thing about this era?
The art work in a select few of these movies especially Atlantis, Treasure Planet and Brother Bear.

10. What did you least enjoy about this era?
Atlantis: The Lost Empire and Treasure Planet I don't know but these movies are enjoyable but not really my cup of tea.

Wily Fox Vintage Disney Surprise Box

So for a while now I have been eyeing up these Disney surprise boxes that I have seen a few of my blogger friends and Instagram friends have been purchasing recently and finally with a little bit of extra money in my account I decided to purchase one.

Wily Fox Vintage is a lovely shop that sells a variety of different items from mugs, cups, cards, pins and these surprise boxes. They also sell Harry Potter, Simpson and Disney items which is one of the Surprise boxes that I picked up as they are selling sale ones for £5 plus postage and contain 8 items.

You can visit they're bigcartel shop here!

In my sale box I got 8 different items and over all I am really please with my box. I really love the Castle print that she puts in every surprise box which I will now have to find a frame for because its too beautiful not to put up.

I love Pocahontas and when I opened the box to see a pack of vintage Pocahontas stickers I was over the moon. I haven't see these since I was little and I just had to open them and was so happy with the ones I got although the John Smith nearly dying sticker made me sad!

Each box also comes with a Disney postcard and I actually received on the other day with an order so its nice to have another one from the set especially as it is from Tangled my 2nd favourite Princess movie.

I also received this super cute handmade Disney pin of Piglet from Winnie the Pooh. I really like the style of this one and I am really excited to try and pick up some others of they're website or from DLP on my day trip.

I really enjoyed my Disney Mystery Box and would love to try the Harry Potter one next time. Postage was super quick and it is a surprise because you don't even know when its posted.

I also decided to purchase a Vintage Disney Cup for £7 as they were in the sale and she happened to have one of the 4 Pocahontas cups left. As I am a massive Pocahontas lover this was a must have for me and now I want to collect them all but with the cost from America being so expensive I shall just wait and see if they get any more stock.

Thanks for reading. I purchased this with my own money and I was NOT paid to review this by Wily Fox Vintage.

The Disney Happiness Tag

Now I love a good tag as much as the next person and I stumbled across this version of the Happiness Tag over on Lucy's blog which you can visit here. I love Lucy's blog and when she posted this version I had to do it myself but added an extra category to mine. I probably will complete the normal version as well at some point.

I don't actually own many of them but I do have a fair few in my wish list that I wouldn't mind getting at some point. There is a new 60 years of Disney Maps book coming out in October that I have my eye on.

Last Week On Instagram

Happy Hump Day everyone! I am so glad its the middle of the week as its all down hill now till the weekend although I don't have any plans at this second its just great to relax. Last week was a really good one as we all got a bonus at work which meant my Disney Holiday has been paid off and its one less thing to worry about!

1./2. Wiltshire - So on Saturday my partner needed a lift up to Swindon so he could meet with a client that hes doing some design for so it meant I needed to drive on the motorway and that is something I haven't really done properly before. I was so proud of myself for actually doing it and It felt good after because I've finally done it and it wasn't as scary as I thought.

2. Picnic Lunch - After I took Joel to meet his client we decided we would pop to see my dad and his partner but he wasn't available but we still went to see her instead. It was such a lovely afternoon and she put on a proper spread so we could make our own sandwiches and salad which was lovely. She lives in a converted which made the setting even more nice.

4. Cake Date - Finally after a long few months me and my best friend Jemma finally met up and did some shopping. Obviously we can't not get cake its just something we do ;) It was lovely to see her and to catch up on everything after not seeing each other for a while.

4. Bates Motel -
I have so many TV shows sat in my Netflix, Amazon and Now TV accounts that I have been meaning to watch and the other week I finally started Bates Motel and I am HOOKED! This has been in my watch list since season 1 appeared on there and now there is 3 plus the season that's just been on. I love the story line and all the cast especially Vera.

Last Week On Instagram

Bit of a delayed Last week post this week as I have been super busy at work for once which makes a change but its Friday now and nearly the weekend!

1. Day Off - So originally I was meant to have a 4 day weekend but I had to change one of my days of to the Wednesday as the plumber was coming which wasn't a bad thing because it meant I could have a nice chilled day of no house work or cleaning so I decided to catch up on my TV and read my favourite book!

2. Sisters 30th Birthday - Cannot believe my sister turned 30 its crazy how quick time is going at the moment. We all went for a lovely meal together and my cheeky two nephews were having fun on Snap Chat along with they're mum. Its nice when you can get everyone together under the same roof for a family meal.

3. Freak Shakes - I have been dying to try one of these shakes now since they made they're appearance in a cafe in Australia back in 2014. They then came out in the London which made me want to try one even more and to my surprise a cafe about 15 minuets away from my house started to do them win win!

I have to say they look amazing and it did taste great but I have to say the doughnut on top let it down, it tasted cheap and stale which ruined the shake. I would like to try another but maybe from one of the popular cafes in London.

4. WOAH Katy Dropped a New Tune - Damn my girl kept that quiet on Friday morning we all woke to the news that Katy had released a new single ahead of the Olympics which they have chosen to be the main song for the event which incredible. Only a few days after she posted a video about the song and about how she was sorry she had been absence from social media for while and basically told everyone she had been working on HER NEW ALBUM!!! And now I am totally fan girling and waiting for her next tour!!!!

5/6. Hyper Japan - Well you all know from my 2 previous posts which you can read here and here that I finally managed to go to Hyper Japan. I was so happy to go with my partner Joel it was a great day and we were lucky to have such amazing weather.

Hyper Japan July 2016: Haul

So as you're all see from my previous post I went to Hyper Japan over the weekend in London so I though I would do a little post for you all of what I brought. As mentioned most of it is candy and snacks. I found a lot of the stalls there were over priced but they all had a variety of different items which was great.

So first stop and where I spent about 70% of my money was Tofu Cute. I have been a massive lover of them for a good few years now when my love for everything Asian began and I was so glad to see they were making an appearance this year.

First of all for £15 I picked up the smaller of the 2 snack lucky bags that they do, these come in a cute draw string bag blue for snacks and pink for plushes and cute things.

In my small bag I received 8 items and was really surprised that I actually received a drink as I thought it would have been included in the larger bags but win win aye. As they let you pick at random a bag you would like I was really happy with my choice as it included items that I hadn't even tried before.

It meant I was able to try Matcha for the first time and to my surprise it was ok I wouldn't personally go out of my way to buy it but if some one had given me some I wouldn't say no.

As well as having they're normal Kawaii section they also had a food festival area and a shop which was just full of different snacks and drinks obviously we made a B line right there after and picked up all of the above for £31 which I don't think is too bad considering the cost of postage you would pay if you brought it anywhere else.

I have been so excited to try Ramune for ages and have been close to ordering it online for a while but with Hyper Japan looming and Tofu Cute being there I decided to hold off although now I want to order more in different flavours. We went for Blueberry and Strawberry and they both tasted amazing and what is even more amazing in the unique bottles they come in with the glass ball at the top.

I have to admit we did you tube how to open a bottle of Ramune as we had no clue and I was surprised at how big the bottles were as I imagined them to be smaller. Essentially this is just a fizzy flavoured drink but it tasted amazing they were so sweet and a lot of fun to watch when you release the glass marble.

I'm a massive lover of chewy candy and one of my favourites are Hi-Chew especially the Grape flavour which you can see I did buy some but also luckily got some in my lucky bag but I have been wanting to try some chews from Puccho and I am so glad I did!

I picked up 3 different packets Assorted Fruit, Cola and Soda flavours. They're slightly different to Hi-Chew candies as these have a gooey centre and chewy candy pieces which  I didn't realise until we started eating them. Out of the three Soda was my favourite and since receiving different Soda treats in my Tokyo Treat boxes the flavour has become one of my favourites.

Of course I couldn't not pick up any Pocky it just has to be done especially when there is limited edition summer flavours on offer. We picked up Orange and Coconut then Joel wanted to get some Almond Crush ones.

All three of these flavours are amazing, especially the Almond and Coconut ones because the biscuits have little bits on them which makes them taste even more amazing. I'm not sure I would buy the orange ones again but the other two I defiantly would.

Moving away from food I came across a stall next to Tofu Cute called Dreamy Bows and they basically sell the most Kawaii stuff you could imagine from dresses to shoes to anything Kawaii for sure. They're also a Sailor Moon merchandise seller and have a wide range of items.

The first thing that caught my eye was this most beautiful cup there was 6 to choose from but I went for the cute pink colour with cute design rather than choosing a character as at the moment I am new to watching the show and only really know Sailor Moon.

Last but not least I couldn't not get a Totoro, I had seen a few whilst walking around but it wasn't until we reached up stairs and came across a stall by the website Otaku which sell a variety of Asian goodies.

On a massive stand they had a huge collection of Ghibli plushes and I could have easily brought them all but I refrained myself and got this one because he was super cute with his big wide mouth and teeth showing! Joel also picked up the Splatoon Artwork book which is in Japanses and hasn't been released in the UK yet which is pretty cool.

So that's what I picked up from Hyper Japan last weekend. I haven't really got much planned now until my Birthday in 52 days and then Disneyland in 56 days <3

Hyper Japan July 2016

Finally after years of forgetting to book tickets on Saturday just gone I finally managed to get to go to Hyper Japan which is the UK's biggest convention of Japanese culture and anime that is held in various locations in London.

This year it was held in the same venue as me and Joel went to the London Film and Comic Con funnily enough on the same day as last year which was great because it meant that we knew exactly where to go. Hyper Japan was laid out in an more organised way than LFCC which meant there was a lot more free room to move about although it was still boiling hot and very uncomfortable but never the less I had a great time.

This year Nintendo had a massive area on the ground floor featuring all they're new games and upcoming releases with a special demo of the new Zelda game.

What was the best thing about it was they had Splatoon Battles on through out the day which was a great laugh to watch.

There were lots and lots of stalls ranging from fashion, kawaii, prints, dvds, collectables and loads more but a lot of the stuff was over priced but it was really nice to see all the hand made items. There was also loads of food stalls selling a variety of Japanese foods. Me and Joel both had a chicken Katus burger although I wish that I had wondered around more before making my choice.

My favourite stall had to be Tofu Cute who I have been buying stuff off they're website for a long time so it was great to finally actually get to see they're stock in person.

After a few hours we had decided we had had enough and that maybe we should move on. With it being such a nice day we went to visit Hyde Park for the first time and laze around on the grass as we had a few hours to kill before our coach back.

We found a cute little juice/smoothie bar in which we had a fresh carrot, apple and orange juice which was amazing and so refreshing and now I really want to make my own.

After our few hours in the sun we stopped off at Lola's Cupcakes to grab a wee snack before our long journey home and I have to say these were the best cupcakes we had ever had. I had a Red Velvet and Joel had a simple strawberry flavour.

I do love a good trip to London and I'm so glad that I finally managed to get to go! In my next post I will do a haul of what I brought although be prepared its mostly food ha!

Last Week On Instagram

Here we are again and another week ahead although I am actually only working 3 days and have a 3 day weekend which is great. Really looking forward to Saturday as I am finally off to Hyper Japan in London for the weekend and after taking a better look at whats going on over the weekend its made me even more excited!

1. Monsters Inc Tsum Tsum - Now I know I said a while back that I was going to cut down on my collection well this was true but never happened especially when they announced a Monsters Inc collection my heart screamed! I have sold about 20 from my collection and only kept the ones I really want along with only buying ones from collections as well that I want rather than just buying the whole set.

2. July Yume Twins Box - So my 2nd Yume Twins box has arrived for July and I have to say I am more pleased with this one than the grand opening box. I love and have use for all of the items apart from 2 so not to bad this month. I have actually cancelled my subscription as I cannot afford to keep both on the go and I would rather have a snack subscription when I can eat everything than a box that may only have some useful items.

3./4./5. and 6. - Meeting Emma - On Saturday I was reunited with my beautiful best friend from up North as she was down in Bath visiting family for a few days so it made perfect sense to catch up. When she came to visit Bristol we planned to go to Bath to visit Sally Lunns but due to travel issued we didn't manage to so obviously this was a must do.

I am so glad we managed to get a table right away in Sally's before the queue started backing up down the street and we both went for a classic bun with Jam and cream and it was AMAZING! I could have eaten two halves rather than just the one. They are a very famous bun that you can only get at Sally Lunns.

We then went for a wonder around Bath taking a few photos on my Instax camera before meeting up with her family. I really wish we lived nearer to each other as I think we would hang out so much but hay woo until next time aye ;) Hopefully April next year just seems so long away.

Disneyland Paris: Disney Princess Meet & Greet Wish List

It is a dream to meet a Disney Princess and it is hard to believe that in all my visits I have not met one! Of course I have seen them during the parades and during the Royal Christmas show but I haven't physically had the chance to meet one.

On my trip next year with my best friend Emma I hope this will change and we can both meet the Princesses of our dreams along with some of the others.

1. Punzie
Now good ole Punzie is my main meet and greet goal during any trip to DLP purely because she is one of my favourites and she always looks so cheerful and happy when parading around. She's also super cute and my plan is to hopefully meet her in the Pavilion or at ADC during my Princess Lunch on my birthday which would make it even more Magical.
Like this is the closet I have ever got :( and that was zoomed in as well!

2. Belle
I have always liked Beauty and the Beast but over the last year I have fallen in love with it so much more its such a lovely story and it would be amazing to meet Belle let alone Belle and Gaston together seeing them recently wondering Disneyland Paris is making me want to meet them even more and would make Emma's day!

3. Tiana
I am loving all the Tiana meet and greet videos I have been seeing online over the last few months and I am so excited to finally have my chance to met here she seems so down to earth and a whole lot of fun. Plus her dress is amazing!

4. Cinderella
A Dream is a Wish your Heart Makes ;)

5. Mulan
Your probably find this hard to believe but I HATED Mulan growing up and now I am not 100% why I did hate it tbh? After watching it again about 5 years ago I feel totally in love with it the story, the songs and the characters. Who doesn't love Mushu?

6. Merida
I love the movie Brave so much and some of the character interactions I've seen of hers are AMAZING she has so much sass and is so friendly plus the Scottish accent is amazing!

7. Pocahontas
OK so before you even ask me why my FAVOURITE princess of all times is right at the bottom of my list there is a logical reason and this is because its NEVER going to happen at DLP now if we were talking Florida then yes she would be at the top but as for DLP she's at the bottom and I think I would actually breakdown if I ever met her!

How would be you favourite Princess to meet?

Last Week On Instagram

Seriously? Where is time going at the moment? We are now in July already halfway through the year which is totally crazy!

1. Bye Bye Best Friend - I still don't think its still kicked in the fact that my best friend Ali isn't come back to work anymore as she has started a new job more closer to home which is great and I am so happy for her everything in her life is falling nicely in to place but I will miss her things are going to be quiet around here thats for sure.

2. Friday Night Movie Night - Oh look what movie I'm watching hehe of course if your spending the night alone a Disney movie is in order along with pizza and sweets what more could you want?

3. And the Red is back! - Finally got my hair cut again after 4 months which is the norm for me but dying it is a pain in the but and something I really need to keep on top off but I never do any who I am back Red and happy!

4. Date Night - I have become obsessed with these snap chat filters but its even more fun doing them with your friends. family and partners. So whilst we were waiting on friends to come bowling me and Joel had some fun and this was on of my favourites well there was one I liked more but Joel wouldn't be too impressed if I posted him looking like toast on here!

5. Chicken (we used pork) Penne Pasta
I love the Tasty Facebook page they come up with some of the most amazing recipes and we have tried a fair few but I have to see this one is one of our favourites and we are going to make it again very soon actually using chicken. Its a simple meal just creme, tomatoes, spinach, bacon and a few other bits but made a very tasty meal.

6. Poke Hole Cake
Another recipe of the good old Tasty Facebook page and the reason its called a Poke Hole cake is because you poke holes in the cake then simply cover it with condensed milk, caramel and whipped cream. To finish you then crush pretzels and caramel on top.

Disneyland Paris September 2016 To Do List

I am so excited I cannot believe that I am actually getting my Disney fix this year in only 74 days and it may only be a day trip but every second will be worth it just to see my 2nd home again.

As we are going with the kids I won't be able to rush off and do every meet and greet that I really want to do but I am going back next year so that won't be an issue so this trip is more for the children than for me ha! But I have come up with a few Disney To Do's that I would like to try and cross off this visit.

So here they are;

1. Eat something shaped like Mickey
I cannot believe that I still haven't eaten anything shaped like Mickey what a bad Disney lover I am!

2. Buy my first Disney Pin
Now Disney Pins are something I have always picked up and put back down on my previous visits and this time I plan to pick up my first one or maybe two depending what is there. I know that ideally something Tangled or Pocahontas themed would be awesome!

3. Try floating Pineapple Whip
So this is Disneyland Paris's version of the ever so famous Dole Whip that is in the US Disney Parks but apparently due to copy right laws or something they have had to change the name and the product slightly.

4. Meet Rapunzel
This has been on my wish list since DAY ONE and it has never happened. I may have said this trip is for the kids but if I walk past the Princess Pavillion and see that Punzie is in there the day I go then sorry I am getting in the line and waiting haha!

5. Take my first Instax photo of the castle
I love my Instax Camera but I really don't use it as much as I should do and this time I am finally taking my beauty with me along with some amazing Alice Instax film. I hope to get some classic shots of the place along with a few pictures of myself on there.

6. Pick up a Disney Birthday badge from City Hall
It has been a dream to go to Disney for my birthday and this year I am going only 4 days after and as they have now released badges I have to get one!

7. Ride Space Mountain and Tower of Terror
So maybe these two shouldn't really be on this list? Because technically I have already done them before but these are the two must rides I like to do every trip and as like I said this trip is for the kids I totally get it if I don't have time but I would love to if I could.

Once I get back I will do a trip report of our day and we shall see if I manage to cross any of these off! 74 Days and counting!!!!!
